PTFE corrugated compensator, corrugated hose often in all kinds of corrosive media gas, liquid transportation pipeline, used to solve the pipeline hot and cold expansion and contraction compensation and offset the installation deviation; also through its flexible coupling, to improve the fan and pump imports and exports and pipelines between the mechanical vibration caused by mechanical damage.
Types of products
A) Ordinary type: PTFE corrugated compensator with pure PTFE (type I) or PTFE compounded with synthetic rubber base body (type II) and reinforced with high strength spring steel outside.
B) Stainless steel composite: PTFE and corrugated stainless steel jacket composite PTFE corrugated compensator.
C) Stainless steel mesh jacket composite type: PTFE and corrugated stainless steel mesh jacket composite PTFE corrugated compensator.
D) Negative pressure type: the above A, B two kinds of PTFE corrugated compensator wave crest inside and then add a PTFE outsourcing shaping ring to prevent negative pressure suction flat and made.
A)When there is no special requirement for connecting flange, it is according to the standard of HG/T20592 PN1.0MPa.
B)PTFE thickness, use of temperature and applicable media with the pipeline, see appendix.
C) large diameter compensator (DN>30mm), it is recommended to use negative pressure type.
D) The number of waves is 3 waves, if you need to increase (lengthening) or non-standard products can be customized.
E)The structure length and technical parameters of the compensator are shown in the table.
A) Before installation, it is necessary to take off the three fixed sets (piece 4) between two flanges and adjust the nut (piece 5) to the top of (piece 6). When the pipeline thermal expansion and contraction, it is good to let the flange slide freely on the guide bar. If the corner is large, you can also remove the guide bar.
B) When installing, the compensator should not be stretched or compressed, try to keep it free (standard length). The flange should be installed correctly, the bolts should be on evenly, and care should be taken to keep the F4 corrugation and flap opening so as not to bump or poke through.
