F-type Hand-operated Brush Filter

Product overview

SD series hand filter, composed of 304 stainless steel brush and stainless steel components. The part passes through the filter cover, and the brush device is installed inside the stainless steel filter screen. A simple handle is installed outside the filter cover to remove the micro particles from the filter screen and then discharge, and the water flow is not interrupted during the brushing process. No need to stop and remove the filter to clean the filter, the shell is high quality carbon steel simplified.

Selection method

1. Determine the following parameters: maximum working flow or import and export pipe diameter DN, maximum work, pressure P, working temperature, filtration accuracy.

2. Determine the structure form according to the site installation position.

3. Determine the relevant materials: filter material, shell material.

4. Determine the filter model number.

Installation and use

The hand brush filter can be installed horizontally or vertically, but the direction of the water flow and the direction of the shell arrow should be consistent, and the direction of the water flow is required from the top down. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pressure reaches 0.04MPa, it is necessary to open the sewage discharge valve and gently turn the handle to brush the filter screen manually until the effluent quality of the sewage outlet stops brushing and discharging. The whole sewage discharge process system can operate normally without shutdown.
