Q367F type PN1.6-PN2.5 fully welded ball valves are widely used in various fields, its quality and stability of ordinary cast steel ball valves can not be reached, fully welded ball valves service life is far greater than the cast steel ball valves, fully welded ball valves are widely used in the city gas, city heating, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, iron and steel, regulating stations, power plants and other types of pipeline equipment.

Product features

1. Fully welded ball valve, there will be no external leakage and other phenomena. The processing of the ball has a computerized detector tracking detection, so the ball is processed with high precision.

2. Because the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, and no deformation due to earthquakes and vehicles passing through the ground, the pipeline is resistant to aging.

3. The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE with 25% Carbon content, which guarantees no leakage (0%).

Technical Requirements

1.Design and manufacture according to the provisions of API 6D.

2.Inspection and testing of valves are in accordance with API 598.

3.The structural length of the valve is according to the provisions of GB/T12224-2005.

4.Connection size according to the provisions of GB/T12224-2005.

5.Pressure-temperature reference according to ASME B16.34.

6.Valve marking according to the provisions of GB/T12220.

7.Valve sulfur resistance is according to NACE MR 0175.
