D343W type three eccentric multi-layer hard seal stainless steel butterfly valves are widely used in the pipelines of corrosive media such as metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, air, gas, combustible gases and water supply and drainage.

Structure features

1、Hard seal butterfly valve adopts three eccentric hard seal structure, the valve seat and the butterfly plate is almost no wear, with the more tight sealing function.

2、Sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the double advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal, and has excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance and long service life no matter in the case of low temperature and high temperature.

The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of surfaced cobalt-based hard alloy, which is resistant to abrasion and has a long service life.

4、Large size butterfly plate adopts quilted frame structure, high strength, large overflow area, small flow resistance.

5、According to the user's demand, the hard seal butterfly valve of valve supply network can be designed to have bi-directional sealing function, which can be installed in any direction without the restriction of the medium flow direction or the influence of space location.

6, the drive can be multi-position (rotate 90 ° or 180 °) installation, user-friendly.
